  • 2. Set a clear planning phase

    “Write an article about _____. Before starting to write: Break down the writing task into core components. Identify any topics that need clarification. Create a structured writing approach. Finally, validate your understanding before beginning to write.”

  • 3. Express requirements with extreme clarity

    “Write an email. Here are the requirements:
    1. Tone: formal yet friendly, style should be concise and direct not exceeding 200 words
    2. Format: standard email formate with a salutation and closing
    3. Purpose: create a meeting
    4. Recipient: my coworker”

  • 4. Adopt a structured prompt format

    Example:
